I can't join a chatroom, or my messages aren't sending — what should I do?

First, check the basics: a weak or unstable connection is the most common cause, and a VPN can interfere too, so try turning it off while you're using EQUALS. Make sure you're on the latest version of the app, then force close it and reopen. If your messages are being removed rather than failing to send, it may be a moderation action — chatrooms are English-only unless we've changed the language for that room. If none of that fits, report an issue with your =username and a screenshot.
