What information do I need to give when I sign up?

To set up an EQUALS profile you'll need an email address, Google or iCloud account to sign up with, a =username, your date of birth, your location, and a main profile picture that clearly shows your face. You'll then complete a quick face scan in the app so we can verify your age and that you're a real person. The photo you take with your finger up isn't shown to anyone else — the profile picture you verify with is the one other people see. Connecting Spotify or Apple Music is optional, but it's what lets your stories post automatically as you listen.
